WHAT'S NEW
Well I think Microsoft has producted another dog with its revamp of Windose 8 with 8.1 update which still has the blues. I have been using 8 from the early beta releases and it is a good OS once you work out how to use it.
Now some programs just don't ran and they have put back a half baked Start Button. The best $5.00 I have spent on software was for START8 which puts and proper version of the Start button and menu back into Windose 8.
And on a PC you could live without the start screen and the useless app tiles.

HANDY TIPS
Ever wondered what the difference between CC and BCC is in e-mail? CC stands for "carbon copy," while BCC stands for "blind carbon copy" everyone on the CC or BCC list will receive a copy of the e-mail. However, every recipient can view the CC list, while the BCC list is completely private.
If you BCC someone on an e-mail, they'll receive a copy of that e-mail, but no other recipients will know.
